We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic female Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a young woman with Autism, Down Syndrome and a Learning Disability within her own supported living home in Buckley, Flintshire.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, supporting people to achieve their goals and enabling individuals to live full and meaningful lives. The successful candidate will support a young woman to maintain her independence, access her community, enjoy her hobbies and participate in activities that are important to her.

โข Learning Disabilities
โข Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
โข Mental health and emotional wellbeing needs
โข Community-based support
โข Promoting independence and choice
โข Experience supporting individuals who experience anxiety, require structured routines and benefit from consistent support approaches would be highly advantageous.
