We had a special visitor at Monday night karate. Whilst on a trip back to Blighty, Sensei Barry Lewis stopped by the dojo to ensure training was still on point 🥋

🥋 HOT WEATHER TRAINING REMINDER 🥵

As temperatures rise, training gets tougher — and looking after your body is just as important as your technique!

💧 Please remember to bring a drink with you to every session
✅ Drink before training — start hydrated, don’t wait until you’re thirsty
✅ Sip during training — little and often works best
✅ Keep drinking after training — to replace fluids lost through sweat

Staying hydrated keeps your focus sharp, your energy up, and helps prevent cramps or fatigue.
