What a fantastic Garden Project Day! 🌱 We had a great turnout, with lots of wonderful volunteers and children all working incredibly hard to transform our school grounds. Thanks to everyone's enthusiasm and effort, our school kitchen garden is already beginning to take shape!

Thank you so much to Hattie from Keep Wales Tidy for helping us with this build.

A huge thank you to every volunteer and child who gave up their time to help. Your hard work, teamwork and dedication have made such a positive difference, and we can't wait to see the next part of the garden take shape!

Manorbier pupils had an exciting opportunity to visit Shire Hall in Haverfordwest yesterday, where they explored its fascinating history and admired the beautiful architecture designed by William Owen when the building opened in 1840. They were captivated by the stories of past trials and asked some fantastic questions throughout the visit.

As part of an exciting partnership with Vision Arts, pupils have been invited to contribute ideas during the transformation of Shire Hall into a brand-new theatre. By learning about the stories of the past, they will now help shape a place where new stories can be shared and celebrated for generations to come. We can't wait to see their ideas become part of the future of this remarkable building! 🎭

🌿🌊 Year 1 and Year 2 were delighted to welcome Car-y-Môr into school for a fascinating visit all about seaweed farming and how it helps to protect the Pembrokeshire coastline.

Jess shared the many amazing uses of seaweed, including how it can be used as a natural fertiliser, helping to reduce environmental damage. The children also discovered that seaweed can be made into recyclable packaging, used in skincare products, and is even a nutritious food!

The children thoroughly enjoyed learning how seaweed is grown and harvested and exploring how a seaweed farm is different from a traditional farm. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn about sustainability and how we can all help to care for our environment.

A huge thank you to Jess and everyone at Car-y-Môr for such an engaging and informative session! 💚

☀️🏖️ What a fantastic day we have had at Broad Haven Beach! 🏖️☀️

We couldn't have asked for better weather to round off a wonderful year together. The children made the most of every minute, enjoying football and cricket on the sand, exploring the rock pools, swimming in the sea and, of course, treating themselves to an ice cream.

The highlight of the day, however, was the children themselves. Their behaviour was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. They represented Fenton brilliantly today was the perfect way to celebrate everything they have achieved together. Spending the day laughing, playing and making memories was a fantastic way to end the year.

A big thank you to and everyone at the Broad Haven seafront for helping make our visit such an enjoyable one.

Thank you also to all of our parents and carers for your continued support throughout the year. We hope everyone has a fantastic summer holiday! ☀️🌊💙

🌊 What a fantastic day! 🌊

Wiseman’s Bridge class had an amazing day at Whitesands Beach, taking part in a surfing session with the brilliant team at Adventure Beyond.

The children had lots of fun learning new surfing skills, catching waves and building their confidence in the water. It was great to see everyone giving it a go, encouraging each other and showing such positive attitudes throughout the day.

A huge thank you to the instructors at Adventure Beyond for making the experience so enjoyable while keeping everyone safe. The children were a real credit to the school, showing excellent teamwork, resilience and enthusiasm from start to finish.

Today was a great opportunity to try something new, have fun outdoors and make some wonderful memories together. We’re sure it’s a day the children will remember for a long time! 🌊💙
