What a fantastic Scoot & Skate Day we had today! The children had an amazing time and it was wonderful to see their confidence grow throughout the session. From beginners to speedy scooting pros, everyone gave it their best and had so much fun! 🌟

Today we held our Rainbow Reef Sports Day, and it was a huge success! The children threw themselves into every activity with huge smiles, lots of laughter and amazing team spirit. From running races and obstacle courses to football, egg and spoon and more, every single child gave it their all and had so much fun. 🏃‍♀️⚽🫧

We feel so incredibly lucky to have such a fantastic open space right behind our nursery that we can access at all times. It provides the perfect environment for days like today, allowing the children to be active, explore, challenge themselves and enjoy the outdoors safely.

A huge well done to all of our little sports stars – you were all amazing! ⭐️🏅

🌟 We’re absolutely delighted to share that we have been awarded another 5 Food Hygiene Rating following our recent Environmental Health inspection! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A huge congratulations and heartfelt thank you to our fantastic nursery cook, whose hard work, dedication and high standards make such a difference every single day. 💙

A big well done also goes to our entire team for working together to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene throughout the nursery.

Providing healthy, nutritious meals in a safe environment is something we are incredibly proud of, and we’re thrilled that our commitment has been recognised with the highest possible rating.

What a day at our first time being part of Milford Haven Carnival! 💙🌊

A huge thank you to everyone who helped us prepare over the last few weeks and to all of the families who joined us today. Your time, creativity and support made today possible, and we’re so grateful to each and every one of you.

We’re absolutely thrilled to have won the Schools & Early Years Award and to have come 🥉 3rd Overall! What an amazing achievement for our very first carnival!

We’re so proud of our Rainbow Reef family. 💙

🌟 National Thank a Teacher Day 🌟

Today we would like to say a huge THANK YOU to our incredible team at Rainbow Reef Daycare.

While our staff may not work in a traditional classroom, they are teachers in every sense of the word. Every day they inspire curiosity, encourage creativity, build confidence, support emotional wellbeing and help our children learn through play.

From celebrating achievements, to creating exciting learning opportunities and nurturing strong relationships, their dedication never goes unnoticed. They help lay the foundations for a lifelong love of learning and make a lasting difference to the lives of the children and families we support.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, passion and commitment. We are so proud of everything you do and incredibly grateful to have such a hardworking and caring team.

📸 A few more snapshots from our walk along the cycle path yesterday!

The children had a wonderful time exploring, chatting about what they could see around them and enjoying being outside. These regular outings are such an important part of nursery life, helping children to develop confidence, independence and an appreciation for the environment around them.

We love making the most of our local area and taking learning beyond the nursery walls. From spotting wildlife and listening to birdsong to practising road safety and learning about our community, every walk becomes an adventure!

🌈🌊Team Reef and our Jellies, Turtles, Sharks and Rays walked over 1000 in March to raise money for Swim Narberth! A big Thank-you to everyone who sponsored us! With us living in our beautiful county of Pembrokeshire being surrounded by the sea, Swimming is such an important skill to have and Swim Narberth offers many sessions for the family to have fun in the water including swimming lessons for your little ones!
Today a group of us went to present an amazing £450. Da iawn everyone! 🌈🌊
