What a truly wonderful year group you have been. It has been a privilege to watch each and every one of you grow, learn and achieve so much over the past year.

You have shown kindness, resilience, determination and friendship, and you leave us with the skills, qualities and attributes to thrive in secondary school and wherever life takes you next.

On Wednesday, our wonderful Year 6 children performed their leavers’ performance to our school community, and I couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them. They were confident, funny, emotional and absolutely shone on stage.

Let’s take a moment to remind ourselves of their entrance and a little glimpse of the performance.

What an incredible group of children. They have created memories that will stay with us for years to come, and this performance was the perfect reflection of the amazing young people they have become. 🌟

It's been full of fun, from rounders and summer games to picnics, ice creams and so much more. We've made so many wonderful memories together to end the term.

Dosbarth Whitesands, I am so proud of every single one of you. You have worked so hard, shown kindness, resilience and enthusiasm. It has been a pleasure to watch you grow throughout the year. 🤩

We are absolutely thrilled to have been part of this very special project for the Eisteddfod y Garreg Las.

What a fantastic morning for Dosbarth Marloes! As a special thank you for all their hard work throughout the year, the children had an amazing time enjoying the inflatables! 💙🪩Year 6 Leavers Disco 🪩 💙

What a week our Year 6 children have had! It’s been packed with celebrations, and one of the biggest highlights has to be their Leavers Disco.

The children had such a brilliant time dancing the evening away, making memories with their friends and celebrating the end of their time with us.

A huge thank you to our fantastic DJ, the photo booth for capturing lots of fun moments for the children to keep, and to Bella Roma for the delicious pizzas – they went down a treat! 🍕

It was such a lovely evening and so special to see everyone having so much fun together. These are memories we hope they’ll look back on for years to come. Thank you to the wonderful Friends of our school for organising and supporting this event.

We were delighted to welcome our new pupils and their families to our recent **Stay and Play** session! 🌟

It was wonderful to see so many happy faces exploring our exciting Early Years learning environment. From hands-on activities to imaginative play, our children enjoyed discovering the many learning opportunities on offer while making new friends and creating special memories.

At our school, we provide a **learner-centred curriculum** that nurtures curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning from the very beginning.

What another fantastic day our Year 6 children have had as part of their final week celebrations! 🌟

A huge thank you to Mrs Roberts for cooking on the BBQ for all of the Y6 children at lunchtime. Burgers, hot dogs, chips, ice creams and delicious brownies – what a lovely treat!

We also enjoyed an inflatable obstacle course, a bouncy castle, sumo suits, football and games down the field. A day full of laughter, smiles and unforgettable memories for our wonderful year 6 children 🌈
