WOW! it’s nearly the end of the summer holidays, it’s been hot and busy but very enjoyable. Thank you to everyone who has come along and supported us ☺️🐴

Next week we have planned refurbishment work happening in the indoor school (very exciting!) so there will be no riding sessions during the week of 31st Aug- 4th Sept 2026.

Lessons will be running as normal on Saturday 29th Aug and our autumn term riding lessons will start on Saturday 5th Sept. If you have a regular space, I will be in touch this week to confirm start dates and times for this half term. If you no longer want your space please let me know ASAP

I will do my best to get back to all messages and email enquiries for new riders as soon as I can.

This is for riders who have regular lessons at the Bowlings on a weekly or fortnightly basis and are riding in walk, trot and canter off the lead rein.

There will be other holiday sessions available for beginners or riders who are visitors the area. Please contact us via Facebook messenger for more information!

I hope that I have managed to message everyone who had a booking this week but just incase I’ve missed anyone, please note:

**All lessons on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week have been cancelled due to the high temperatures.**

The horses and ponies have been brought in, hosed off and had some time chilling in their stables, then they have gone back out to graze, as thankfully we have a breeze in the fields so this is the coolest place for them.

Thank you to everyone for being understanding of the cancellations, the welfare of our horses, ponies and riders is our priority.

I am sorry that some people are waiting for replies to messages and emails. I will try my best to get back to everyone tomorrow.

Thank you to everyone who to agreed to change their lesson times/days today due to the weather..It has been very hot!
All the horses and ponies have enjoyed being under the hose having a cold bath and are now out in the fields grazing in the breeze where they are all very happy.
I will try to reply to all messages and emails this evening. At the moment we are fully booked for Thursday 28th but if the weather gets considerably cooler I maybe able to add in an extra session so if you’d like to be contacted if I have any last minute availability please let me know.
