Congratulations to our pupils of the week: Elliott, Holly-Mai, Alex B, Millie and Caitlynn. Raffle winners were Harry C, Lateef, Gareth and Riley DV. Deputy Head award went to Jack B and Headteacher Award to all of Yr7! Team points are =1st Ark Royal and Victory, 2nd Victory and 3rd Britannia. Next Friday is normal school uniform please. Have great weekend!

Congratulations to our pupils of the week: Felix, Ruby, Alex B, Rhyley and Leon S. Raffle winners were Henry, Woody, Gareth and Millie. Deputy head award went to Leon R and Headteacher award to Rhyley D. Team points are now: 1st Victory 1110, 2nd Warrior 1030, 3rd Ark Royal 990 and 4th Britannia 815 - all very close as we approach the final week of term! Next Wednesday will be a non uniform day - a reminder we finish at 1pm on Wednesday!

Charlie has built his butterfly house over three weeks and worked tirelessly to complete it by the end of term. He has laughed during the difficult moments, communicated with John throughout, solved problems and the end result is this amazing butterfly house which he has made in memory of his grandparents. Well done Charlie!

This was the pupil's last day at the farm, so we focused on spending time with the animals. First stop was the goats and to our amazement we were able to feed them and brush them. The farm team had been working hard every day sitting and brushing the goats, so they would become friendlier and it's working 😍
Next stop the pigs. Petunia had doubled in size and apparently just loves eating. We fed them some pellets and gave them loads of belly rubs. Sarah explained that in the future they will need their nails clipped and it is much easier to do if they are on their back so that's the reason for getting them used to tummy tickles !!!
Whilst five of the pupils visited the animals Charlie continued work on his bug home. He painted it and varnished it and the end result was magnificent. He is happy to sell it for £1000 a businessman in the making.
We had an early lunch as the temperature in the farm was roasting . To the pupils surprise they discover to baby blackbirds that had fallen from the nest but were sitting comfortably on the ground. The pupils did the right thing and called the staff who suggested we leave them alone as the mum would find them. Well done everyone 👍
After lunch we petted the small animals and drew our favourite part of the farm. We decided that everyone was amazing so awarded a team farmer of the week. Sarah praised the students on their achievements and positive attitude this term, they were all brilliant.
