Dear members of the Hauxton community,

I hope this finds you well. On Thursday 16th July, we will be holding a school showcase event. It will take place in the hall after school from 3:20pm.

This event is for members of the community and families to see some of the things that have been going on in school this year. You will also be able to meet some members of our staff team.

Each class will share a few examples of work and photos for you to view. At the same time, there will be some whole school foci. We will also be sharing our school's new vision and affirming the future of our wonderful school.

It was an absolute pleasure for our Year 5 and 6 children to attend King’s College Chapel for a stunning carol concert… what a way to continue the festivities in style! 🎵 🎶 ⛪️

We also took this opportunity to be as sustainable as possible with our travel and partner up with Shelford School for our coach! 🍃 🚍 🤝

We enjoyed an amazing day of KAPLA construction on Friday 5th December, with a Christmas-themed STEM workshop. These nifty wooden planks have a very special ratio, meaning that they can be combined to create awe-inspiring structures! Can you spot our 7 ft+ Christmas Tree and Father Christmas himself? He was also joined by three reindeers, plenty of elves, trees and many gifts all tied with a bow!
