There's a lot of frightening spiritual content online.

But is constantly telling people what they should be afraid of actually helping them?

“The Spirit Guide started giggling…”

They were clearing her husband and had reached the section on energetic cords and ill will.

Then came the message:

“You've sent your husband a LOT of ill will.”

Her response?

“Well… he should do the dishes!”

It sounds funny, but it taught her something important.

How often do we judge someone, become frustrated or silently direct negativity towards another person without giving it a second thought?

Within SGRSR, those interactions may be explored as ill will and energetic cords.

So perhaps the lesson is simple:

Be careful with the energy behind your thoughts.

And husbands… maybe just do the dishes. 😂

Who helps the healer when the healer needs help?

“We’re here to stand you up, dust you off and send you back out.”

One of the things we’re most proud of at SRA isn’t simply the protocol we teach.

It’s the community behind it.

You can be experienced. You can be strong. You can spend your life helping other people.

And you can still need help yourself.

There should never be shame in saying:

“I need some support.”

“I thought the first time was just a fluke.”

As a traditional psychotherapist, she had avoided working with clients experiencing active substance-use issues.
