Gena Batts shares an interesting analogy during her conversation with Natasha.

Sometimes there are programmes running quietly in the background that we're not even aware of.

Within the Spirit Guided Remote Spirit Release (SGRSR) approach, Gena describes how a spiritual clearing aims to identify and address what practitioners believe may be hidden energetic influences.

Could there be another conversation we need to have about mental health and spiritual experiences?

Andy Porter shares the story of Dr Terence Palmer and his friendship with psychiatrist Dr Alan Sanderson, who shared his interest in exploring spiritual explanations for experiences that conventional psychiatry may interpret differently.

Andy recalls how Dr Sanderson encouraged Terry to bring his research and book, The Science of Spirit Possession, into wider discussions within psychiatry.

For Andy, this raises an important question:

Could greater dialogue between mental health professionals and spiritual practitioners open new avenues of understanding?
