💜 WISH Cohort 7 | Online Session 1! 💜

It’s like we’ve never been apart! 🫶 So lovely to see everyone again, reconnect, catch up and hear what’s been happening since our residential week.

We spent time reflecting on what BRAVE means to us and, of course, celebrating our successes — big and small! ✨

A reminder of the power of this community and what happens when brilliant women come together to learn, share and support one another.

Last week we celebrated the end of an incredible WISH Cohort 7 residential week — and one of the highlights was our evening with .tina .

Tina shared her leadership journey with our coaches, sparking an insightful and inspiring conversation about leadership, challenges and finding your own path. ✨

A huge thank you, Tina, for sharing your experience, wisdom and time with us. Your contribution meant so much to our coaches and was a really special part of their WISH experience. 🫶

As a Professor of Exercise Physiology and passionate advocate for women in sport, Lindsay brings an incredible combination of expertise and heart to WISH.

Her commitment to sport, women coaches and gender equality is a huge part of what makes her contribution to WISH so special. 🫶
