The stage is set for Speech Day, marking the end of another extraordinary year of achievement and excellence at Q. Our guest speaker is the brilliant explorer and broadcaster Lucy Shepherd, who’ll be sharing tales of resilience and resourcefulness in some of the world’s most extreme environments.

Today we're officially launching the Queenswood Super Curriculum!
Our dedicated academic staff have put together an exciting programme of things to read, write, watch, listen to, visit and create, designed to intellectually stretch students across all age groups.

Over 100 pupils from are having a splashing time here at Queenswood today! It’s their annual swimming gala, and we’re delighted to be hosting the event for the second year running.
As well as competing in the pool, they’ve also been playing a massive game of Capture the Flag on Trew Lawn, supported by Q Sixth Formers Beth and Alice, and enjoying a picnic in the shade.

Year 12 Drama Scholars and Principal’s Award Holders had a fantastic afternoon at leading a workshop on naturalism in theatre. As well as passing on their skills and knowledge, they also learned some great new games and activities from the pupils. We’re pleased to announce a Silent Auction taking place during Saturday's Summertime Ball. We hosted our annual Children’s Poetry Competition at Q today with special guest - performance poet Professor Pango Mango. Congratulations to all the students who attended and captivated us with their insightful poems on the theme of ‘Discovery’.
We're thrilled to announce a fantastic new opportunity starting this September: the Wild Places Guardian Award! 🌳 This is the first level of the nationally recognised John Muir Award, inviting girls to dedicate 25 hours to conservation and wildlife action on our stunning 120-acre campus. Dr. Boyce, Teacher of Science and Duke of Edinburgh Award co-ordinator, will lead this enriching activity.
