This week marks Loneliness Awareness Week π€
Loneliness is a normal human emotion and many students may struggle with this feeling. This could be related to language barriers, lack of in-person contact or feelings of not belonging. Loneliness can have a significant impact on your wellbeing and may often be accompanied by low mood, anxiety and other effects on your mental and physical health.
If this is something you identify with and you would like some wellbeing support or guidance, please contact HBS Student Support for a confidential meeting either face to face, online or via telephone. You can contact them at [email protected]
