We had a wonderful day with “Carers in Hertfordshire” Lots of cake and tea drunk.
A great wander round the garden and a little bit of history of the walled garden.
Followed by hammering leaves and flowers into cotton.
Then a beautiful end with breathing techniques and listening to the sound bowl.
Thanks Red kites days Hertfordshire for coming to our session. Sioban is amazing! Here’s the link to book for our next session 6th June https://bookwhen.com/downthewoods =ev-sc79-20250606100000
