Hastings Traditional Okinawa Weapons Taifu Kobudo School We are a traditional school with discipline and knowledge of every weapon that we teach. Kobudo is a Having also trained and fought in Thailand.

We are a Traditional club with Traditional training values .A club whose Black Belts have trained in and have teaching qualifications in Karate, Judo, Muay Thai, Kendo, Iaido, MMA. Our international teachers have taught in places such as India, South Africa, Africa, Canada, Cuba, USA. There is no place like home, this small club has been local in Hastings for over twenty years. We have taught weapons all over India and South Africa, the USA and Africa but always look forward to teaching at our Home Dojo. Welcome to Taifu Kobudo School. Not only will you learn Kobudo but tradition. A syllabus is there for you to grade your way through the different belts on your way to the coveted Black Belt. Culture, Language, Discipline; fun these are what you can expect. We expect; Punctuality, Willingness to learn, listening and effort. Payment is as you go along Weapons will be loaned to beginners for the first class then after that a £1 fee will apply until you get your own, these can be bought via the club and advice will be given as to type, size etc. This fee helps us maintain safe use of weapons. Times and Place: Tuesday : Laton Road Dojo: 1900 (7pm). Taifu Membership is paid Annualy, this goes from the date you that get your membership... we ask kindly that this is after 6 classes unless you wish to extend become a friend of this page and post or message. IMPORTANT NOTICE
SADLY Kobudo HAS HAD TO CLOSE @ the Dojo
so NO Kobudo until further notice
I will make it as informative on here and put all sorts of task up and videos etc
We are all now training at home . If you get stuck on a Kata just PM a question or a video of yourself and we can teach from home
we will do our best and also find a new Kata to learn online ,I will post suggestions ,its not perfect but its the best option we have right now
Keep your Warriors spirit look after yourself and families
I am missing you all already
Any suggestions you have or things you find ,please post
please also pass this info on to anyone that is not one here ,but I think I got that covered
lets use our time wisely and get a new kata for the return .
