Advanced Bushcraft in a Week

This course provides the experience of natural outdoor living.
A more detailed course, to enable you to live long term with nature and enhance your knowledge of basic skills of Bushcraft.

As well as covering everything from the weekend course, it also includes:
• Making long term shelters.
• Daily gathering of water and food.
• Making and setting snares and traps.
• Making tools, weapons and cooking utensils from natural materials, such as wood, bone and stone.

As with basic Bushcraft course, a general level of fitness is required.

The one week course will start on a Friday at 7pm and will end on the following Friday at 7pm.

Basic Bushcraft Weekend Course

This course provides the experience of natural outdoor living.
It includes:
• Shelter building with natural materials such as wood, stone or
snow.
• Find and purify water for safe drinking and cooking.
• Gather food growing in the woods and on the shore.
• Various fire lighting methods for heating and cooking.
• Learn direction/navigation by sun and stars.
• Making tools, traps and weapons from natural materials.
• Rescue and signal methods using international distress
signals.

The aim of this course is to learn how to survive the elements; warm clothes are essential!

The weekend course begins on a Friday at 7pm and will end on the Sunday at 7pm.
