Remember here in Britain we don't have aircon, we open a door.
we don't get rain in a heatwave so we throw water on our heads and get on with it.
I however have an ice towel that I made into a nice bandana to keep me cool and stylish whilst training 😂🌟 😎

TAKE ON fluids before class 🥤 if you bring a water bottle you have drink for after, remember to tighten the lid, otherwise your kit bag will be like mine the other day 🤣
The Dojo is never that hot, so we shall all. Be fine.
