We absolutely LOVE our new space! So happy to have found our Drama Tuition East Sussex Theatre Company home at Tye Compound W.AVE ARTS Bexhill. Our groups were awesome at their first meeting on Thursday, creativity was flowing and we can already tell that magic is in the making!!
Don't forget you only have until the end of September to sign up, so if you want to work with like minded people to create exciting new theatre then don't hesitate.
This is not just another weekly class, this is your chance to start a brand new creative journey!

Just like that
16 exams
16 distinctions
But more importantly 16 happy, smiling faces.
The comments from the examiner goes to show what an amazing bunch you all are! It was an incredibly special exam session and a first for quite a lot of you, you're bravery and willingness to conquer your fears really made me proud. It was a lovely supportive day where everyone who came down to the garden to wait for their exam showed kindness and support to everyone else, parents included. The fact that we had lovely weather to chill before and after the exams was a welcome touch and the amazing results an added bonus.

I hope you all have a fantastic summer, would be lovely to see some of you at the Fights, camera, action workshops if you are about! If not I will see in September for another year of fun and discovery.

IT’S OFFICAL, SESSIONS STARTING THURSDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER

We’re massively proud to be announcing the official launch of

DRAMA TUITION EAST SUSSEX THEATRE COMPANY

A place for young actors to grow in creativity, confidence and skill.
Our approach is simple: we believe that every discipline deserves specialist knowledge, and that is why our sessions will be led by experienced practitioners. Every session is carefully structured to challenge, inspire and nurture in an environment where we make sure each and every member is celebrated for their uniqueness and encouraged to be who they are!
This is more than a weekly class, it’s the start of something special. The start of a journey where high-quality training, exciting performance opportunities and a genuine sense of belonging go hand in hand.

We can’t wait to welcome our first company of young performers and begin creating something truly magical.

And there we have! Another amazing Hastings Musical Festival. We had a whopping 93 entries in the speech and drama section and came away with 56 medals/cups.

We had people performing for the first time, people who have performed for year, people overcame nerves, got up on stage when they thought it was impossible, perform with friends, make memories and share laughter and tears. That is worth more than any medal or trophy.
I am so incredibly proud of each and every one of you!
