🥋 FREE Women’s Street Self-Defence Workshop

Join us at Darkstar Jiu Jitsu for a practical, friendly workshop designed specifically for women.
We’ll be exploring simple, effective Brazilian Jiu Jitsu based self-defence skills, with a 20-minute yoga session included too.
