As we move closer to the end of 2025 , I would like to send a heartfelt thank you to families that reached out and trusted me to support them with sleep this year. I work with minimal families these days due to other commitments, so it is even more of a special experience to help the families that I do. Extra thanks to those that have returned with their second born babes. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy New Year ❤️

Happy New Year to all my lovely followers!

Just thought I’d come and say hi 👋🏻 and reintroduce myself for anyone new.

I’m Leanne, Mummy to 2 boys (5 years & 16 months) originally from the Midlands, but now living by the sea in gorgeous Hastings after a 15 year stint in London.

My first born is a mega sleeper, never gets poorly and has always loved going to bed. My second is a little sensitive ‘orchid child’ (Dr Thomas Boyce) with CMPA, always gets sick and therefore sleep often hits the skids!

I was a childrenswear designer for many years but made a career change and trained as a consultant after having my first son where I gained an interest in infant sleep and a HUGE passion for mental health- particularly postnatally. I also teach baby massage, volunteer as a perinatal mental health peer supporter for NCT and work part time as learning support in the interventions department of a local secondary school. I like to be busy! 🤣

Everything I do in my working world is based on listening, supporting and guiding without passing judgement and this at the very heart of my business 🥰

Over the last 3 years I have helped hundreds of families get better sleep and I look forward to helping many more in this new year of 2024.

Sending a heartfelt Christmas thank you to every family that choose me to support them this year for the first time, to those families that returned for further help or for support with a second baby and to those that continue to refer me to others- thank you, thank you, thank you, my business would not survive without you!

This work is super rewarding but can also be tough emotionally for myself and for clients in many different ways. I feel every single one of you in your hopes for better sleep, reaching out is a big decision and I am always grateful for the trust you put in me to support you.

I look forward to supporting many more families in 2024.

Happy Christmas 🎄

Today I attended my first group session as a perinatal peer supporter volunteer for East Sussex. Anyone that knows me or has worked with me on sleep or attended one of my baby massage courses will know how important mental health is to me, so I feel really proud to be part of this amazing project. is looking for more volunteers to start training in January, so if you have lived in experience, can spare 2 hours a week and live in East Sussex, get in touch ❤️

I will teach you about your little ones body language, cues and reflexes as well as the massage strokes over the 5 week course. My littlest boy is ONE today. The year has flown but I am more in love than ever with my sweet and sensitive little Zeph.

Feeling all the feels today and missing the teeny newborn cuddles, but loving seeing him stuff (dairy free) cake in his face for the first time 🤣

Looking forward to seeing him grow in every way over the next year 💕

Good morning everyone and hello to my lovely new followers 👋🏻 there have been a few of you the last couple of days after the lovely Lesley shared my newborn stories.

I used to live in Walthamstow where I taught baby massage in the village and helped many, many families get better sleep, but moved to Hastings last year for a life by the 🌊

I have 2 lovely boys - one aged 4 years and my littlest is 8 months. I am incredibly passionate about helping families get the sleep they need and am a huge supporter of postnatal mental health. Sleep plays such a big part in our mental state and we need it to be able to function, look after ourselves and our little ones. 💕

I support you with no judgement to achieve the sleep goals that suit you and your family. I can’t promise no crying, but we don’t cry it out.

You don’t have to be local for me to support you as everything is done over the phone, email and video call.

If you have been thinking about getting help with your little ones sleep but have lots of questions or feeling unsure, get in touch and we can have an initial free chat where we can talk all about it.

Just wanted to say hello 👋🏻 as realised I haven’t posted since January (oops!!)

It’s been a tricky few months with my littlest boy who coupled with a CMPA, has had various viruses on repeat since November (and still has!) Plus multiple teeth coming through at the speed of light despite him only being 6 months! Turns out he also has major separation anxiety, so it’s been ALOT!!
Needless to say, his sleep has hit the skids of late due to all the above.

He is very different from his big brother who barely used a bottle of calpol in his first year of life and didn’t look back when being cared by someone other than me. My GP tells me allergy babies are often more susceptible to illness but he should be better by Easter(!)

In that case, hurry up Easter and I hope to come back to life here on the grid by then!

To all parent out there with sickly babies, hang on in there and look forward to the chocolate 🐣

My gorgeous boy! He turned 4 in November so had a much better understanding of Christmas and all the build up this year. He’s been so excited these last few days, lots of pressies and stimulation, more treats and TV that usual too! He’s been exhausted by bedtime.

I (and my husband) are a stickler for routine so we still keep his 7pm bedtime, but also this is 100% what he needs and is always ready to sleep at the end of the day. He cannot handle staying up late but is all for early mornings 🤦🏻‍♀️

It’s ok if you chose not to stick to routine over the holidays, but if you notice your little one is starting to flag after a few days of late nights then never be afraid to use an early bedtime, even for a couple of nights in a row as this can make the world of difference.

I like this time between Christmas and New Year. Eating leftovers, not rushing to be anywhere, PJs all day 🤣 reflecting on the year and thinking about the new one ahead 💕

Brrrr it’s SO cold out! Perfect day for a snuggle nap. 💕I hope you and your little ones are staying warm and healthy, so much illness going round at the minute (my boy has a cough for the 4th time!) I’m a firm believer that sleep is a healer and the science would also agree as our immune system recharges during sleep.

Don’t worry about sticking to a schedule if your little one is unwell. Let them sleep (if they will!) and recover 💤

So this is 40. 🎂 last year I wished for a baby. And I got him 💕 This year, for the first year since I can remember I had absolutely nothing to wish for. 40 is not so bad.
