A-level results day is tough for all of us.

As well as those of you taking the exams, parents, siblings and friends can all be affected. And the emotions are rarely straightforward.

Even if you’ve done well, you may be sad for friends who have done less well, or you may feel guilty that you did better.

If you haven’t got the results you hoped for, you may feel angry, frustrated or confused.

You may feel you need someone to chat to today. You could try talking to a trusted adult, or contact Childline or The Mix for a confidential chat with a counsellor.

We probably shouldn’t have to say this, but don’t look directly at the sun. Looking directly at the sun without the right protection can cause permanent damage to your eyesight – so you need to take care. Remember, your normal sunglasses may look great, but they won't cut it.

This week at Kudize Summer Club – Olympics week! 🌟

🎖️ Tuesday – Medals & Mascots
Design and make your own gold, silver or bronze medal, mascot drawing competition, and an epic game of Capture the Flag.

🏃Wednesday – Rings & Races
DIY Olympic rings art, sack race and bean bag toss, and a high-energy water carry relay.

🏆 Thursday – Torches & Track Events
Olympic torch craft, javelin throwing, and a full game of rounders.

🥚 Friday – Finale Fun
Paper aeroplane throwing competition, egg and spoon race, and the grand finale — kids invent and play their own brand-new Olympic sport.

Games, crafts, and team spirit all week long — let the Kudize Games begin!
