What a wonderful, magical place to be 🌳😻 I am extremely lucky to have the opportunity to support HPS in providing the children with learning opportunities in their very own outdoor environment. The children and adults love this place and together are building a natural place that nurtures everyone! This week we created a wildflower patch and added some wildflower ‘bombs’ so hopefully by Spring we will be supporting the wildlife and the bees too. Please help us to continue developing the space by following our message of ‘ leave no trace’ 😻

Curious Cats needs CONKERS! I have conker clamps, conker drills but no conkers! Any donations will be greatly appreciated and used to create lots of conker comets and crafts 😻

Thursday has become my favourite day of the week!😻🌳 The year 2 team thoroughly enjoyed this weeks sessions and it is fantastic to see the children following their own interests and growing in confidence 😊 This week, parents and children from all age groups joined me in the forest for an after school session. They explored, dug for clay, created curious creatures, relaxed in the hammock and experimented with flint and steel 🔥 not forgetting some tasty dishes served up in the mud kitchen. Next weeks after school session will include marshmallows! 🔥
