MiniMed Clubs – important update

The upcoming MiniMed Clubs sessions are being postponed for now due to logistics and current numbers.

All bookings will be fully refunded, and I’m really grateful to those who signed up and supported the idea from the start.

I’m sorry for any disappointment this may cause — my aim is always to make sure sessions run in a way that feels worthwhile, calm, and enjoyable for the children.

I hope you’ll consider joining us when MiniMed Clubs returns, and I’ll keep this page updated with future plans 💙

Nurse-led Zoom classes for curious kids who love to learn 💉🧠🫀🩺

Mini Med Club is back for January and we’re opening up new spaces for children who want to explore the amazing world of health, the human body, and real medical skills — all in a fun, safe and engaging way!

📍 FIRST CLASSES: Online via Zoom (January start!)
👧🧒 Ages: 5–14
🗓 Weekly 30–40 min sessions
👩‍⚕️ Led by a Registered Nurse (10+ years experience)

✨ We are ALSO enrolling now for our January IN-PERSON Mini Med Club sessions —
venue to be confirmed (Harwich / Manningtree / CO area).

In-person venue details will be announced as soon as they are confirmed — we’re currently speaking with a few brilliant local spaces to make it perfect for the children.

✨ MINI-MED CLUB IS LAUNCHING IN JANUARY! ✨

🩺👩‍⚕️ Harwich & surrounding areas

I’m creating a small group of Founding Members for the very first Mini-Med Club — a hands-on, nurse-led science club for children who love learning, exploring, asking questions and getting stuck into fun medical-themed activities.

I’ll be running:

💙 1 in-person weekly Mini-Med Club
(Local village hall — day/time announced this week)

💻 1 online Zoom Mini-Med Club
(Perfect for after school or for children who prefer learning from home)

🌟 Founding Members will get:
• Priority booking
• Introductory prices
• A small group vibe (10–12 spaces max)
• First choice of in-person or online
• The chance to help shape the club as it grows!

At Mini Med Club, children learn real medical science in a fun, hands-on, movement-based way.
We run three age groups so every child can learn at their own level:

🔹 5–7 years (Mini Meds)

Gentle, playful sessions introducing basic body science through:
• movement
• metaphors
• modelling
No worksheets. No writing. No pressure — just curiosity, confidence and fun.

🔹 8–10 years (Junior Meds)

More structured hands-on learning with simple experiments, themed activities, teamwork and role-play.
Children explore topics like the heart, lungs, germs and the senses through interactive, multisensory learning.

🔹 11–14 years (Senior Meds)

A deeper dive into medical skills, anatomy, health science, diagnostics, and real-world mini-scenarios.
Perfect for older children who want to understand how the body really works and build early STEM skills.

All sessions are:
🩺 Nurse-led (BSc Hons, AET Level 3)
🧠 SEN-aware and neurodiversity-welcoming
🧪 Practical, engaging and confidence-boosting

Hi! I’m Zoe — a Registered Nurse (BSc Hons) with 10 years’ experience in NHS and community care.
I created Mini Med Club to help children explore science through play, hands-on experiments and real medical learning.
I’m also a mum of 3, SEN-aware, and passionate about helping kids feel confident and curious!
