🌿✨ A little sort out and rearrange of our back garden! ✨🌿

We’ve been busy giving our outdoor space a little refresh and moving things around to create a welcoming and inviting space for the children. 💚

We’re so excited to see the children exploring, playing and having lots of fun in their refreshed garden when they return on 3rd September! 🥰🌈

We can’t wait to see all the adventures that happen here! 🌱🪴💛

Well done to our teams for getting involved in the making it REAL project for two days this summer.

The project focuses on Raising Early Achievement in Literacy (REAL).

We are really excited to implement the project in September and all settings have made a project plan together to work on the same page.

Are you working and think you’re entitled to 30 hours funding from September for your little one to attend nursery ?
Please note you only have until August 31st to obtain your code and provide it to your chosen childcare provider. Otherwise you may not be able to use it until the following term which starts January 2027 !!

Advice and support �for your child’s development

Today our little dots explored outside the nursery. We went on a walk down to see the horses where we sniffed flowers, saw different shaped and coloured leaves. Looked out for different bugs and even spotted a baby pony!
We were confident communicators discussing what the baby horse looked like and wondered how he felt when he was running around.

It was a lovely morning walk 😊

Today we celebrated our Prom! We enjoyed a fantastic day filled with fun party games, and the children worked together to make their own lunch. It was wonderful to see their teamwork and independence. We finished our celebration with a special certificate presentation, where every child received a certificate. We are so proud of them all x

Today we focused on developing our essential physical skills through a range of engaging activities. The children practised pouring water using watering cans, helping to strengthen their hand-eye coordination, control, and fine motor skills. They also enjoyed splashing and exploring the water, developing their confidence, coordination, and sensory awareness.

As part of our creative learning, the children took part in a mark-making activity where they created emotion faces. This encouraged them to develop their pencil control while exploring different feelings and expressing their emotions through their artwork.

The children also had fun using the slide, building their balance, coordination, and confidence as they climbed and took turns. Throughout the day, we enjoyed reading stories together, encouraging listening and attention skills, developing language, and fostering a love of books and reading x
