Join our team as a Triage Officer and help deliver the Connect to Work Programme, supporting individuals to overcome barriers to employment and access the right work, health and skills support.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for referrals, carry out holistic assessments, coordinate support with partners, and help ensure residents access the most appropriate employment support.

Looking for a role where your organisational skills, attention to detail and financial expertise can make a real difference in people's lives?

We're seeking a Finance and Admin Officer to support our Employment Projects team, helping deliver programmes that create opportunities, support local residents and strengthen our community.

✅ Manage and maintain project administration and financial systems
✅ Monitor project performance, spend and outcomes
✅ Support funding claims and compliance processes
✅ Work with a range of partners including employers, JCP in Durham Tees Valley and the Tees Valley Combined Authority
✅ Play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and successfully

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, finance and project administration, while contributing to programmes that have a positive impact across Hartlepool.

Gain a recognised qualification while exploring opportunities within the health, social care, and children's services sectors.

During this supportive and engaging programme, you'll work towards the NCFE Level 1 Award in Introduction to Health, Social Care and Children's and Young People's Settings by completing coursework and activities during the sessions.

Join our Pathway to Health and Social Care course and:
🟣 gain a nationally recognised qualification
🟣 learn about careers in health and social care
🟣 build confidence and employability skills
🟣 learn with no work placement required
🟣 learn in a friendly and supportive learning environment

📅 Date: Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday starting 28 September 2026 until 14 October 2026
⏰ Time: 9:30am - 2:30pm

On completion, learners can progress onto our Fast Track Health and Social Care Programme in 2027 or continue their studies with a flexible learning Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification 🚀
