We are delighted to continue working with Nikki Moore, who returns to Hartlepool College as Part-Time Lecturer for our Level 2 Airline Cabin Crew course starting on 15 October.

Alongside teaching at Hartlepool College, Nikki is a Senior Cabin Crew member with Virgin Atlantic, bringing a wealth of current industry knowledge and first-hand experience into the classroom.

Students will learn from someone who understands exactly what airlines are looking for, gaining practical insight into life as cabin crew while training in our purpose-built aircraft fuselage.

If you've been thinking about a career in the aviation industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from a professional who is working in the sector today.

Industry leaders helping shape the future of education here at Hartlepool College ~

Today, we launched our new Travel, Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality and Catering Industry Advisory Board, bringing together employers and industry professionals to help shape future skills, share sector insights and strengthen the connection between education and employment.

The launch follows the introduction of new learner workbooks developed in partnership with employers supporting our established Construction and Built Environment Industry Advisory Board. These resources help learners understand industry expectations, career opportunities and the skills needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving sector.

A huge thank you to everyone who continues to give their time, expertise and support. By working together, we're ensuring our learners are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to thrive in their future careers.

Look out for more Industry Advisory Boards launching across the College throughout the academic year.

What a fantastic morning celebrating 10 years of supporting the Macmillan Coffee Morning at Hartlepool College.

Our Restaurant was full of staff and students enjoying coffee, cakes and great company as we came together to raise money for a cause that means so much to so many.

A huge thank you to our Hospitality & Catering students and staff for organising such a brilliant event, and to everyone who joined us and kindly donated. Together, we've raised over £475 for Macmillan Cancer Support

Today is National Manufacturing Day, celebrating the people and skills behind modern industry across the UK.

At Hartlepool College, our School of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering trains the engineers who design, build, maintain and troubleshoot the machines and systems the world runs on.

From a hands-on Level 1 introduction through to Level 3 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and T Levels in Maintenance, Installation and Repair (Electrical & Electronic and Mechatronic pathways), our learners build specialist skills in state-of-the-art workshops, supported by expert lecturers. If you study a course in our School of AME, you will have a clear progression route into to HNC study, apprenticeships and employment.

Proud to be working alongside the North East Institute of Technology to build the skilled manufacturing workforce the North needs. 💪

Join us this Friday for our annual MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING.

Come along for a cuppa, something sweet and a chat while helping us raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Staff, students and visitors are all welcome.

Every coffee, cake and donation helps support people living with cancer.
