Friday saw the doors close at the Flagship Restaurant at Hartlepool College of Further Education for the academic year.

When it reopens in September, it will unveil a significant transformation, creating an outstanding learning environment that reflects the standards and expectations of the modern hospitality industry.

Why are we doing this?

Our students are at the heart of everything we do. By continually enhancing our facilities, we are ensuring that learners have access to the very best environments in which they can develop the knowledge, skills and professional behaviours that employers value and that will support successful and sustainable career pathways.

This development is about creating opportunities, raising aspirations and equipping the next generation of hospitality professionals with the tools they need to succeed.

We look forward to welcoming students back in September and seeing the impact this fantastic new space will have on their learning and future careers.
