We are super excited to announce that we now have openings in our infant section for little ones who love to sing!
If your child is between the ages of 5 and 7, and you’re looking for a fun and supportive environment where your child can explore music, make friends and build confidence, then don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Saturday 12th September 2006 - our 18th Birthday .

Not really sure where to begin !

What a day ! 6 concerts, 200+ performers and a combined audience of roughly 500 people .

Huge congratulations to all our soloists - it was so lovely to see some former students too .

Songbirds were amazing as always, Harmonies Right There had a cracking debut performance, Hartlepool Children’s Choir were superb Blue Light Choir were fabulous, Shoot Your Mouth Off Films brought the house down and men's guitar group 'The Sirs' rocked !

We then showed a hugely emotional video about the school over the years - and I ugly cried at least seven times 😂. Thank you to all who gave up their time to be involved .

Gareth Hammond - you are amazing ! Thank you for doing the video . I can't put into words how much it meant to me .

We finished the night with some of our older students singing with Claypath Music - thanks guys - it was an awesome end to the evening .

🎶 18 years of music… and 11 incredible teachers! 🎶
This weekend, we’re celebrating 18 years of Kate Sirs School of Music - and what better time to shine a spotlight on the wonderful team of teachers who help make the school what it is today? ❤️
Behind the scenes every single week, our 11 talented teachers work hard to provide high-quality instrumental lessons to learners of all ages, abilities and musical ambitions.
From those picking up an instrument for the very first time, to musicians working towards exams, performances and everything in between, our teachers bring their own experience, passion and personality to every lesson. 🎵
They’re a huge part of the reason we’ve been making music and inspiring learners for 18 amazing years - and we couldn’t be more proud of them! 🥰
So, as we celebrate this special milestone, we thought it was time to celebrate the people behind the lessons too!

Only 2 days until our wonderful school turns 18 ! 🎂🥳

We're celebrating by hosting 6 concerts 😂 with over 200 performers !

Current and former students, Songbirds Harmonies Right There, Blue Light Choir, Hartlepool Children’s Choir and our men's guitar group will take to the stage throughout the day, which will end with some of our older students performing with the amazing Claypath Music .

A huge congratulations to Amelie who is celebrating her success after achieving a distinction for her ABRSM Grade One practical piano exam. Amelie has worked really hard and is a joy to teach ! 🎹🎶

A massive good luck to all of our students, teachers and friends who are taking part in Shrek the Musical at the Town Hall for the next few days - you’ll all absolutely smash it!!!
