Today, our children enjoyed an engaging and interactive session with START Education as part of our PSHE offer.
The session focused on alcohol awareness, helping pupils develop their understanding of the effects of alcohol, make informed choices, and explore the importance of keeping themselves safe. Through a range of age-appropriate activities, discussions and scenarios, pupils were encouraged to think critically, ask questions and build their knowledge in a supportive environment.
At IncludEd, we are passionate about providing meaningful learning experiences that equip young people with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to navigate the world around them. Sessions like these play an important role in promoting healthy lifestyles, informed decision-making and personal wellbeing.
A huge thank you to START Education for delivering such an informative and engaging workshop for our students.

๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ Investigation Morning at IncludEd! ๐๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ
Today, our primary pupils became detectives for the morning as they were tasked with solving a very important mysteryโฆ
Who kidnapped Herb?! ๐ถ
Our young investigators threw themselves into the challenge: making predictions, developing and testing hypotheses, interviewing witnesses, examining evidence, and even studying fingerprints to uncover the culprit.
This exciting mini-project provided opportunities for pupils to develop a wide range of skills across the curriculum, including:
โ
Critical thinking and problem-solving
โ
Speaking and listening skills
โ
Reading and interpreting information
โ
Scientific enquiry and investigation
โ
Teamwork and collaboration
โ
Recording evidence and presenting conclusions
Most importantly, pupils were highly engaged, motivated and eager to learn as they applied their knowledge in a real-life context.
At IncludEd, we know that some of the most powerful learning happens when children are curious, active and given the opportunity to explore, question and discover.
We are pleased to report that the mystery has now been solved, although some of our detectives are already asking when the next case will be! ๐๐

A huge thank you to PC Coggin for visiting IncludEd today to deliver an important and engaging session on online safety.
In a world where young people are spending more time online than ever before, understanding how to stay safe, make informed choices, and recognise potential risks is a vital life skill. Our students had the opportunity to discuss topics including social media, online communication, digital footprints, cyberbullying, and how to seek support if something doesnโt feel right.
The session sparked some fantastic discussions, with our pupils asking thoughtful questions and reflecting on how they can protect themselves and others online.
At IncludEd, we are committed to helping our young people develop not only academically, but also the knowledge, confidence and resilience they need to navigate the wider world successfully.
Thank you again to PC Coggin for giving up their time to support our students and help them stay safe online. ๐๐ป๐

What an amazing morning weโve had at !โฝ
Our learners were treated to a detailed tour of the grounds, gaining a real insight into the importance and purpose of each space within the club. From behind-the-scenes areas to the heart of the stadium, it was a fantastic opportunity to see how everything works together on matchdays and beyond.
We were also inspired by a brilliant careers talk, helping our young people to think about the wide range of opportunities linked to the world of sportโboth on and off the pitch. A huge thank you to Victoria and the whole team for making us feel so welcome and for sharing their time and knowledge with us!
Afterwards, we headed over to Headland Beach, where our learners gathered natural materials to inspire our next art project with the wonderful .designs. ๐๐จ
A day full of learning, inspiration, and smiles - leaving us all feeling happy, motivated, and proud of our experiences together! ๐

A huge thank you to Andy Turner at for delivering such an inspiring and impactful session with our pupils.
Andy shared his personal journey in a way that really resonated, opening up important conversations around Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), human behaviour, and the power of developing self-belief. Our students were fully engaged throughout and took so much from learning how their mindset can influence their choices, confidence, and future pathways.
Opportunities like this are so valuable in helping our young people better understand themselves and the world around them, equipping them with tools that go far beyond the classroom.
It was a fantastic session, and we are really looking forward to building on this partnership with Andy and The Missing Piece.

A fantastic day of learning and exploration for our students as we headed to the Headland Beach and Seaton Beach. ๐
Our focus was to compare two different coastal environments and explore geographical features in a real-world setting.
At The Headland, students explored a more rugged coastline shaped by erosion, while Seaton Beach offered a contrasting landscape with its sandy stretches and depositional features. This gave us a great opportunity to discuss how different coastal processes shape the land.
The trip also supported our students in learning more about the local area and its rich heritage, helping them build a stronger connection to the world around them and understand the history behind these environments.
It was fantastic to see such curiosity, teamwork and thoughtful discussion throughout the day. Experiences like this truly bring learning to life.
A lovely day, great engagement, and memories made along the way!
