Well what an experience, 3 weeks workplacemt almost done, and we have enjoyed every minute! Not only have our students embraced every challenge head on, they have grown as a team looking after each other. Learning not only new technical skills, very important life skills. Great morning testing the student's Autocad skills!

The North-East Inter College CAD Competition is well underway. Students from HCFE are going head-to-head with Middlesbrough College, Bishop Auckland College and South West Durham Training in a 2-hour technical challenge using AutoCAD. Accuracy, layout and dimensioning all count. Winners announced later today. Best of luck to all taking part. HCFE Engineering
