Well done to Naina and Isabelle, who both took their LCM Musical Theatre exams in October.

Naina bagged herself another Distinction, this time it was Grade 5 for her. 😮

Isabelle is just starting out and what a way to start with a Merit for her Step 1.

It is with great sadness that I have to tell you I will be moving out of my lovely room at The Dance Warehouse at the end of October.
Unfortunately, I haven’t managed to get enough students back to cover the rent payments.

I am so very grateful to Kim at K.R.Dance Studios at The Dance Warehouse for all her help and support. I have loved being part of the family there and if anyone is looking for a wonderful space to work in, then get in touch with Kim.

I will still be continuing to offer lessons, in schools, over zoom or I can come to your home for your lessons.

Massive congratulations going to Evie Folland today.
Her marks have been returned from her LCM Grade 1 Musical Theatre exam and she scored an amazing 82/100, a high Merit.

The examiner was particularly impressed with Evie’s contextual knowledge and she scored 9/10 for this section. You gotta know your stuff!

Evie started her lessons online during lockdown and then was brave enough to enter for the recorded exam format.
Well done Evie!!! I’m so very proud of you. 👏🏼 🎭 🎤 🎵 🎼

So lovely to be back at Red House School - Teesside this week and even better to be able to hand out certificates to this hardworking pair.

Lucy and Naina continued with their lessons, moving to zoom when the school was closed.

They both took the new recorded version of the LCM exams in May and I’ve finally been able to give them their certificates today.

Naina completed Grade 3 Musical Theatre and achieved a very high Merit. (Missing a distinction by just two marks)

Lucy completed her Grade 2 Musical Theatre, this was her first ever singing exam and despite the new form of exam, she smashed it, achieving a Distinction.

Well done to both of you, I’m very proud of what you have achieved.

Henry started lessons to help him with his college work during lockdown.
He’s decided to continue his lessons during the holidays to work towards his acting grades and boost his UCAS points for applying to drama school.
