Nazary Nak Muay

Two of our juniors jumped in at the Muay Thai GB opens today.
Both gained experience and confidence by stepping into the ring. Natalia was against a good girl that she previously done a interclub with and knew it was going to be tough, had a good back and forth but lost on points with her opponent walking away with a gold medal in the end winning all her fights today.
Hayleigh stepped in the ring for the first time and had a extremely long wait for her fight unfortunately she took a bad clash to the knee and down her shin and struggled to continue but she had been doing well up until that point.
Was a long day but proud of them both 🥰🙏❤️

Yesterday we had the pleasure of being part of the warrior spirit festival
First up we had Scarlet who did a Demo and what a performance she did. Well done girl super proud of you.
Second up was Jack now jacks had a rough start to his fight journey and it’s been a mental battle that he had again yesterday he got stopped in the second round credit to his opponent for pushing forward on him. But it won’t be the end for him as always I’m proud of him for getting in.
Third and finally was AJ and what a performance from both fighters it was an absolute brilliant fight. We thought we may have nicked it but Mo won on a split decision, he’s a great lad also and they both came to fight. That was the best I have seen AJ and I am incredibly proud of how he listened and what he did in that fight.

Well done all

Thank you Tony and Dani for having us on!

Thinking about Muay Thai but not sure you're ready to walk through the door? We get it. That first step can feel like the hardest one.

We're inviting anyone who's curious — beginners, returners, total newcomers — to come and meet us, see the space, and have a chat. No kit needed. No commitment. No pressure to train. Just a friendly face and a warm welcome.

Recap on last nights fights

First up we had Natalia this was her second fight and she had been super excited prior to it, unfortunately in the second round she kicked and hurt her leg and couldn’t continue. Super proud of her for getting into that ring again ❤️

Second up was Fin and this was his first fight and he put on a great fight. He landed some great hands and knees in clinch but got hit with a good few in return and the significant shots where coming from his opponent which resulted in a points loss. Regardless I am super proud of his effort and work he has done for this fight and handling it all as a new fighter.

Thank you to Michael dicks for having my guys on great show 👏🏼👏🏼

Yesterday AJ and Mark both stepped in the ring for their N-class bouts.

First up was Mark and what a great performance by him doing what he does best and push the pace forward and dominate with knees. Extremely proud of him for getting in their and believing in himself

Next up was AJ, at first he struggled with finding his rhythm we expected his opponent to come out differently so what he had drilled didn’t really work out. So it was a matter of changing the game up but he still didn’t feel he could find his range. Regardless of the result it was good experience for him and another chance to level up his game with lessons that have been learned.

As always extremely proud of both lads stepping in the ring and fighting as it’s not an easy task to do.

Thank you to Yodphet for having us on his show 🙏
