Say NO to FE Fees/FE Loans - e-petitions The Government are trying to make people aged 24+ who wish to study a level 3 or 4 course pay full fees for their studies. This will affect students who wish to gain access to foundation degree courses, or get back in to education via an access course. We are here to say
