Just me here, bangin' The Crafty Lass HOME drum 😄 Did you even know I'd launched my own brand of homeware?! 😅 I launched it before Summer and then... promptly didn't mention it ever again 🤣

It's 'Felt Flowers' publication day! 🙌🏻✨️

I started writing this book back in April 2025 - so to suddenly be here in September 2026 with it now published - 25 completed projects, hundreds of photos, lots and lots of flowers and absolutely thousands of hand stitches feels surreal!

Thankyou - as always - to Jonathan Bailey (Publisher) and Sara Harper (Editor) ans GMC Publications for trusting me to write my 3rd book and for your help and guidance. Thankyou also to Ellie and Robin for your 'cover' patience and particularly to Ellie for modelling in the styled shots!!

It has been such an enjoyable process working with such incredibly tactile felt, designing the structural forms of the flowers, drawing the petal templates, and then working out how to calmly hand stitch, to bring the blooms to life has been such a lovely experience. I hope to anyone who wants to give felt flower making a go, that this guides you, inspires and ultimately gets you crafting!

Thankyou to Make with Chelsea for your incredible styled photography, that day was meant to be and your fantastic energy, vision and help was written in the stars. Thankyou!!

And finally... I simply cannot believe I can say I have now published THREE books... and working on my 4th!!! 😱👌🏻🙌🏻✨️
