We would like to thank LMS Waste & House Removals LTD for taking on a student for 1 day per week. Rhys enjoyed his taster days over half term and we are very confident he will make the most of his opportunities for when he leaves school.

We are currently seeking a work experience placement for a york student 2 or 3 days per week in a hair and beauty setting. The student is studying in the field within school and has a true passion for the industry. Ideally looking for a York City centre salon if possible. Been to visit students in Bishopthorpe, York and Fulford. Thought I would have look a to see how much the River Ouse was flooding a bit lower down river, knowing the Swale, Ure and Nidd were pretty full yesterday. Seems the Ship Inn at Acaster Malbis is actually afloat.
