Jo York Visual Arts Consultant I'm a freelance artist and consultant, based near Harrogate in North Yorkshire and work as the Visual Arts Consultant to North Yorkshire Local Authority.

I'm an Artist and Education Consultant specialising in all aspects of the visual arts, and a member of NSEAD
