Lockdown - Almost Art. 😁 This is a re purposed painting that I accidentally put my foot through. I really enjoyed the collage and was disappointed that I had ruined it. However these things do have a way of resurfacing. After cutting the existing collage away from the canvas and adding it to 2 smaller ones I made another for a triptych. I had actually tried a fluid pour over one of the collages which was a disaster, so many layers of base white had to be used after cleaning all the silicone off. This turned out to be quite a project & took a long time, but I really enjoyed it. I experimented with 'knocking back' and glazing and re visited my love of using only mixed primaries. I'm glad I was able to save it.

Now we have time for collage why not? Originally painted this a few years ago but was never happy with it. Re worked it this week and am glad I finally did.

Throw some paint at the paper and see what emerges. I do love 'Doodle Art'.

Social isolation, a good time to try to hone my sketching skills. Never been my best trait.
