So very true!!!

The longer I teach, the more I realise that teaching dance isn't really about dance.

It's about people.
It's noticing when a correction will help a dancer grow.
And noticing when what they really need is someone who believes in them.

The best teachers don't just see technique.

They see confidence.
Fear.
Potential.
Exhaustion.
Pride.

And they learn how to meet each dancer where they are.
That's the part of teaching nobody talks about enough. 🤍
