Sometimes people are crying or screaming on the inside. Noticing and being able to implement strategies and workplace support are crucial for full intergration. A job can be difficult or demanding, but it should not be a cause of hurt or anxst.

It is on one hand, excellent that people with mental health struggles are coming forward. The next step is making sure that management have the correct toolkit’s and knowledge to be able to help their colleagues through these difficult times, rather than exacerbate.
