Tomorrow is our final day together, 🥹 and our hearts are full. ❤️

What an absolute privilege it has been to be part of each and every one of our wonderful children’s early years journey. From those first nervous goodbyes to watching them grow into confident, kind, funny and independent little people, it has been an honour to share so many special moments with them.

We’ve celebrated every achievement, wiped away tears, shared countless cuddles, listened to endless stories, and watched friendships blossom. Every smile, every laugh, every milestone has made us so incredibly proud.

Tomorrow we say goodbye with heavy hearts. Although it’s never easy to let them go, we know they are more than ready for their next adventure. We hope they carry with them happy memories, confidence, curiosity and a love of learning as they take their first steps into school.

To all of our amazing children – thank you for filling our days with so much joy. You have each left your own little footprint on our hearts, and we will miss you more than words can say.

To our wonderful families, thank you for trusting us with your precious children. It has been a privilege to watch them learn, grow and flourish, and we are so grateful to have been part of such an important chapter in their lives.

We had our annual sponsored walk with a stop off at our local village park! The children had a wonderful time exploring our outdoors. We saw so many animals, a particular favourite of the children’s, the little goats who entertained us going down the slide 😊 The children were amazing! They walked around the river, they showed great listening skills and followed our instructions! It was a fun morning filled with happy faces and giggles. 🥳

This week we have been having lots of fun around our favourite topic of Minibeasts and life cycles 🐸 🕷️ 🐛 🦋 🐜 🐌 We have been on a bug hunt on school grounds and around the village, we have explored the life cycle of a frog and the butterfly. 🦋 We have certainly seen our children develop into little explorers this week 🥰

Last half term the children learnt all about ‘Growing’ with a focus on ‘Jack & the beanstalk’. This drew the children into weeks of exploring their outside environment, looking for signs of spring, using their senses and being creative. The children learnt about the life cycle of a plant 🪴 and even had a visit from the giant himself 😊 they used lots of gross motor and fine motor development and took care of their own plants. Such a wonderful topic to explore. 😊

Just a few more exciting activities happening in Pre-School this week. As our topic of Vikings comes to an end, We are exploring winter, ice and Artic animals along side the Chinese New year. So many things to do and learn! 😊
