Really enjoyed volunteering earlier this week to run Resurrected Bites1st Team Building Day.
Michelle Hayes the Director is an incredible leader of this community interest company which 'fills bellies not bins' by taking food waste & and serving it up in 3 'pay as you can' cafes and 2 community groceries.
With 100 volunteers and many many perishable items - there are a lot of moving parts!
We celebrated plenty of successes and brainstormed solutions to many challenges as well as getting to know each other and having a lovely 'food waste' lunch.
Please DM me if you know anything about how to apply for charitable status or want to investigate how you can be a corporate sponsor.

From now on I am going to donate the commission from the book I wrote with the late Camilla Arnold to Resurrected Bites- the food and waste CIC (soon to be charity).
As you will know if you follow me Career Farm fundraises for them and set up a job club, with many of our clients being refugees and staffed by volunteers Anne Wells, Charlotte Cook Claire Coxon and myself.
With international women's day next Wednesday & works book day today I know Camilla would have approved, as many of our clients are women and she sure loved books! You can buy a copy at all major bookstores, Amazon and please contact me for bulk rates.

Experiment.
