• Blocking a felt crown shape using the traditional methods of hand blocking with pins and steam Learning how to wire and attach petersham ribbon Creating a felt flower, felt feathers and loop trims Learning how to attach the trims securely to the headpiece Professionally finishing your piece
This course is aimed at students who want to expand their knowledge and techniques with felt blocking and trims.

Posted • .evans.millinery As I'm actually having a seperate place for millinery now, here's the first piece I made on amazing 2 day Introduction to millinery course in her beautiful studio in Harrogate back in February. I had an absolute blast making this, learned so much and absolutely fell in love with millinery because of it! Jenny is a lovely, patient teacher and I'd highly recommend her classes 😊 hoping to join some of her virtual ones this autumn if work allows.
