🍰 The Rossett R has been enjoying a spot of afternoon tea with Mrs Megginson at the Majestic Hotel in Harrogate.

Mrs Megginson placed the highest bid for this at our Auction of Promises back in June so we're really pleased she had a lovely time while also supporting our minibus campaign! Thank you Mrs Megginson! 🫖

🎉 Today we have been celebrating our Class of 2026 who received their GCSE and BTEC results this morning.

There was plenty to celebrate but the results only tell part of the story. We are equally proud of the determination and character our students have shown during their time at Rossett.

We wish them all the very best as they move on to their next steps! ❤️

🌜 We are very impressed with Theo's creativity! He watched last week's solar eclipse through a colander and even managed to get the Rossett R in the photo too!

Theo is joining us in Year 7 in September and we can't wait to see what else he gets up to.

💂 Ella, one of our new Year 7s, took the Rossett R with her on her first visit to Scotland! She got to experience the Flodden Rideout Parade as part of Coldstream Civic Week and it looked fantastic.

❤️ A huge well done to our Year 13 students who have received their A Level and BTEC results today.

We're really proud of the hard work and resilience they've shown throughout their time at Rossett and it was lovely to see them celebrating their achievements this morning.

🌳 The Rossett R has been Going Ape at Bedgebury Pinetum in Kent with Maisie who will be joining us in September.

🏰 The Rossett R is really going places this year! This time it's been spotted at Legoland, Windsor, with Jess who is moving up to Year 8 in September.

We secretly think a giant Lego version of the Rossett R would be very impressive...perhaps that could be next summer's challenge?! 👀

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Connor, who is going into Year 8, took the Rossett R to Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, a village in Anglesey, Wales, with the longest place name in Europe!

We're not sure how to pronounce it but hopefully the spelling is correct!
