Eddie and his team are excited to announce his new partnership with Jonny Knight 💪 Jonny has come onboard to support and be Eddies personal trainer, providing him with the essential training he needs to further progress as an elite boxer.

Jonny has a vast amount of knowledge in his field and his already existing client base is an example of the quality he provides. People from H Hour may also recognise Jonny as he used to train with us a while ago, meaning that he is also experienced within boxing and knows exactly the type of training Eddie will need.

This is a very exciting step in Eddies career and we are all excited for these two to get to work 💪🥊

A very happy birthday to the one and only Ben Harriss 🥳🎉 Ben has been a part of the H Hour family for a very long time now as a boxer and more recently as a coach. He’s an absolute asset to the team whether he’s competing or cornering/running sessions. Hope you have a great day Ben 🥊
