Yesterday our theme was The Very Hungry Caterpillar. We did some Eric Carle style painting and made caterpillar fruit skewers!

our healthy habit of the day was ‘try something new’ we had a chance to share something new we had tried at Atlas Arts Summer Camp and many of our campers shared a brand new food they had tried for the first time!
Pomegranate, seaweed, blackberries, avocado toast to name a few!

We still have 3 weeks of summer fun at Holy Trinity Church! It is not too late to book your child in for Atlas Arts fun!

Week 2 has been off to a great start! We have loved dancing with Erin, doing some music with Lucy and doing some wonderful art work with Ted. Our highlight of the week so far has been celebrating our brave eaters who have been trying all types of new foods! We’ve sampled pomegranate, figs, grapefruit and some of our older campers even tried some spicy homemade salsa!

We had a very exciting guest visit us at Atlas Arts Summer Camp yesterday! The Mayor of Ripon came to see us! The children enjoyed hearing about the duties of a Mayor and they especially enjoyed feeling how heavy his chain was!
