Dominic has worked hard on his last day at Yorkshire Cancer Research.

We spent the afternoon celebrating everything they have achieved this year and enjoyed some fun games together. There were a few tears as we said goodbye to those who have completed their Supported Internship Programme this year.

All in all, it was a fantastic afternoon, and a great time was had by everyone.

☕🍫 Our Skills Bridge students have been hard at work at the Harrogate Chocolate Factory Café, developing their barista skills and learning the art of great coffee making!

From preparing delicious drinks to perfecting presentation, they're building confidence, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills with every cup they make. It's fantastic to see their progress as they gain valuable hands-on experience in a real café environment.

Well done to all of our students for your enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment—we're so proud of everything you're achieving! 👏✨

Another great outing with The Learning Sanctuary this week! 🐾

🌟🐾Yesterday we had another fantastic walk with Skills Bridge - Harrogate Skills for Living an opportunity for both our service users to reconnect with old friends, and to spend time with our lovely dogs and learn a little bit about dogs along the way 🐾🌟

We were working on the topic 'simple meals made the proper way' on Friday in our cooking session. 👩🏼‍🍳

Students made gnocchi by mixing mashed potato, flour and eggs then kneading it into a dough and cutting into small pieces.

They then boiled the gnocchi and created a delicious and simple tomato sauce to mix it with.

Delicious! 💫
