This week, we have been delivering Module 6 of the UCL Centre for Educational Leadership ECF programme to our ECTs in Year 2 of their induction. These cluster sessions provide a fantastic opportunity to share good practice, network with colleagues and reflect on our own teaching. It’s always inspiring to see the collaboration and professional growth taking place.

We have had a great start to our busy week of ECT inductions, led by our fantastic Early Career Leaders, Jo and Clare. It's brilliant to see so much energy and commitment as they start their journey on the UCL Centre for Educational Leadership Initial Teacher Training Early Career Framework.
