🌿 Help us bring outdoor learning to Hookstone Chase & New Park Primary Schools! 🌿
We’re incredibly excited to share a project that will benefit children at both Hookstone Chase and New Park Primary Schools for years to come.
The two schools are joining forces and combining their fundraising efforts to raise £15,500 to build two fantastic outdoor classrooms — one for each school. 🏡🌳
The classrooms will have a canopy roof and wood panelling around five of the six sides, creating a sheltered, comfortable space where children can learn outdoors even during the colder months and in less-than-perfect weather. ☔🍂
Our wonderful PTAs have already been working incredibly hard and have each raised £2,000, giving us a fantastic £4,000 start towards our target. ❤️
We are also hugely grateful to local Harrogate engineering company CGL (Card Geotechnics Limited) for their incredibly generous donation of £2,350, made as part of their corporate social responsibility commitment. Their support means so much to our schools and the children.

That leaves us with £9,150 still to raise, and this is where we’re hoping our amazing local business community can help.
If you’re a local business that could make a donation towards this project, however large or small, we would be incredibly grateful. Every contribution will take us one step closer to giving hundreds of local children a wonderful space to learn, explore and enjoy the outdoors all year round.
We are particularly keen to raise the remaining funds as soon as possible so that we can get the classrooms built before winter. 🥶🌧️
If your business would like to support us, please get in touch with either school or message us directly. We’d also be incredibly grateful if you could share this post with any local businesses or organisations who might be able to help.
Together, we can make these outdoor classrooms a reality for our children. 💚
£9,150 to go — can our wonderful local community help us get there? 🌿🏡
