❤️ Exploring emotions through stories ❤️

Reading is a great way to help understand our emotions, for both big and small people.

At FEEL there is a range of stories to take some quiet time out with your little one to explore a range of different emotions, with our very own worry monster to have a snuggle with whilst reading too 💝

🙂 HAPPY TIMES 🙂

At FEEL, be whoever you want to be. Join in if you want, but if you aren’t feeling it that day, well then just sit back and watch.

This freedom and choice often results in much calmer, happier faces - like this one ❤️

Fridays, 9.30-10.30am, The Green Hut, Harlow Avenue.

❤️ So good to be back ❤️

Did you know…….?

👉🏻 Reading supports emotional development by improving our language to better express ourselves, as well as providing escapism allowing children to calm their mind

👉🏻 Role play can support social well-being as it encourages children to collaborate and respond to thoughts, feelings and emotions of others.

These guys did a great job today 💗
