We are pleased to be initiating Wellbeing Wednesdays for the first Wednesday of every month! Working in the Early Years Sector is incredibly rewarding but can also be challenging, so it is really important for all Nursery Workers to look after themselves!

This Wednesday our theme is Wellbeing Walks! Did you know that just 30 minutes of getting outdoors and walking is proven to have a significant positive impact on both physical and mental health! So let’s get walking for our bodies and our minds!
