'Kaisho Martial Arts has been part of my life for over 15 years, growing with me through some of the most important chapters of my life. What started as training became something far deeper: a place to learn, teach, rebuild confidence and keep becoming a better version of myself.

I achieved my 1st Dan in 2015 and am now proud to be a 3rd Dan, but the belts are only part of the story. For me, Kaisho has always been about the people, the friendships, the trust, the laughs and the support both on and off the mats. It has never just been a martial arts club. It has been a family, a support network and a reminder that confidence is built one session, one challenge and one step at a time.'

1. Children (ages 6-11) from 6-7pm
2. Teenagers (ages 12-17) from 7-8pm
3. Adults (ages 18+) from 8-9pm
